Information Exchange: More is more when it comes to information about your project, the more information provided the better the project. An FREE Consultation will provide an estimate and a contract. Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is made work begins. All content and text is required at the start of the project. |

Concepts: Design mock-ups will be provided to narrow the projects look and feel. During this phase multiple proofs will be sent to review and comment on likes, dislikes and wanted changes. There will be "sign off points" along the way,to ensure the clients approval of the projects elements. |

Final Revisions: Once the project is nearing completion all the technical aspects are checked to ensure the final product is ready for the web or print. The client is responsible for proofing of the text and content. |

Delivery: Once the design is complete the remaining 50% of payment is due. Upon receipt of payment Agent Rice will transfer the project online in various file formats. An invoice will be sent for your records along with all the project files. |
Pricing Policy
Pricing is based on client needs and design time. Designs do not include the creation of a logo, though identity packages are available. A 50% deposit on design fees is required to start the project. Upon receiving final payment, all of the completed files will be turned over to the client. Agent Rice hourly design rates are $40 per hour.
Rush Jobs, will be charged at a higher rate. As the project scope is changed and work is needed at a faster pace then normal. Scope changes outside of the initial requirements agreed upon and signed contract will constitute for additional hourly charges. The client will assume any costs from returned checks, shipping or stock media needed to complete the project.
